A woman has died after being attacked by two dogs at a house in Widnes, Cheshire Police have said.
Paramedics found 44-year-old Elayne Stanley in a serious condition after being called at around 5.15pm on Tuesday.
Stanley was treated at the scene but could not be saved.
Police attended the house on Graham Road but no arrests have been made.
The victim’s family has been told and police inquiries continue.
